This may sound crazy but it does work for me. Anytime I have a craving for food I brush my teeth, after u brush ur teeth nothing tastes good after that. I've heard cravings only last 5-10 mins, just keep fighting those cravings. Also chewing gum will help and just keep your mind occupied..

I've been having the same problem, i asked this question yesterday and somebody recommended adding more protein & carbs in my diet and I felt great tonight.. this heat is horrible and could also be the problem

HRM is something I will definitely look into. I just went back into diary and went under cardio and typed weight training and it did have weight training there .. thanks for the advise :)

Thank you all for your advise. I was a 44 waist I'm now a 38, as for weight training I do light weights with higher reps. I will change my routine. I'm shin splints are really mad at me anyway! Thanks for the advise :)
