I switch off between Cholula and Tapatio

I am Jessica with Roger :) Made my dress and his costume, and won a couple of awards

When this happened to me during a marathon, I ended up in the hospital (they weren't sure if it was dehydration or hyponatremia, which is when you drink too much and it flushes out your electrolytes, basically). And I wasn't sure either--I'd been drinking a ton, but it was also a hot day. What you drink BEFORE your workout…

I can only comment on P90X, since I haven't tried the others. There's really only one workout that is high impact, and that's the Plyometrics workout. But if you do the Lean program version (as opposed to the classic program), I don't even think Plyo is a part of it. And you can always modify any move until you're strong…

Cry away! You are amazing. Your per mile and finish times are SO KICK *kitten*.

I know you wrote not to comment about exercise, but that might be the only solution. And not just for burning calories. Strength training continues to burn extra cals for many hours after you finish your workout, and you can do it pretty simply and quickly (like under 15 minutes, unlike cardio, which burns tons of calories…

I typically avoid gluten free brands and just eat things that are naturally without gluten. Gluten free brands taste like gravel, a lot of the time  . That being said, the bread that Udi makes is the best I've found, and I really dig Glutino's pretzels.

ME TOO!! I had this one recently! Congrats to you!!

It's a huge accomplishment! Skinny jeans aren't flattering on a LOT of people, so it's awesome that they look good on you!
-
It's totally a huge difference! Lookin' good :) Congrats!
-
Love this. And love your profile pic! How about put on music and dance while you do the dishes?
-
It's amazing! But it is a HUGE time commitment, so if you're not prepared to give it 75 minutes on the short days and 90 on the long, then it's not for you. It's definitely something to consider. If you ARE prepared to commit that time, then I can't recommend it highly enough! (putting it in perspective, though--if you…

Add fiber and water to your diet if you're worried about going too infrequently. I mean, I think we've ALL weighed ourselves before and after, in the interest of... uh... science, but I think laxatives are best saved for the times you're in total discomfort from real constipation.

I'm in the same boat--down almost 14 and no notice. It is discouraging, but that's why I come here! Encouragement in spades. Congrats on your loss!

I LOVE my HRM. But I don't think it's a god... I feel like it makes a way closer estimate than MFP, particularly for the bazillion active things I do that are not listed on this website. I also like actually watching what my heart rate is while I work out.
-
Whatever will get you to actually do it! If you'll only do it in one swoop, that's better than intending to do it in two
-
Ha, I love it. It's totally inaccurate but sure makes me feel good.
-
THANK YOU. I've been ranting about this a lot in my status updates. This is definitely a pet peeve. The site deals so much with weight loss, you'd think people would know how to write about it!

You can do one of the non-impact cardio options Jillian gives (not sure if she gives them in level 1) like punching. Good luck!

This is great. Thanks for posting :)

You certainly look pregnant (not fat) in your pic--I'd probably stare at you at the gym too, but it would be in awe! Way to go on staying healthy during your pregnancy! edit: and at least they are just staring, not touching your belly

You can always buy the bigger size for the boobs and then tailor the waist.
-
Keep commenting. It keeps you involved, which then keeps you motivated. Unless you only post on one person's stuff or something creepy
-
I'd use a heart rate monitor to find out--they aren't necessarily that expensive. Mine changed my life
-
It's funny you said some of the boys too--my brother is in a band, and when they tour and do photoshoots, the label makes them wear skinny jeans but doesn't pay for them. So they buy them at Forever 21, where apparently the girl jeans cost $9 but the boy skinny jeans cost $40. They wear the girl ones!

Congrats on the new PR! And Disney races are extremely fun

I have a ton of Nike stuff from Ross--shirts and jackets. And I've done almost all of my marathon training in Champion running tights of varying lengths from Target. The days I forgot to wear them, I really regretted it. Jeans aren't the only thing that chafe! As far as price vs quality goes, the thing I don't skimp on is…

Rational self knows that, but irrational self still gets grumpy when the numbers go up. :)

Ooh, I'm curious about this too. LOVE Tony from p90x, but that is quite a big time commitment. I love Jillian too.

There are tons of before/afters on this site. It definitely works. I LOVE it.
