just did day1 level 2 and my my i had to stop in the middle i was sooo tiredddd....i missed 2 days of the shred yestreday and the the day before...leve; 2 is crazyy and yes im totally in for the ripped in 30 challenge =)

@cherryobebe thanku for ure suggestions =)...lately iv just been messing up my diet i dunno why partly becoz im seeing no results dats why...today will be my level 1 day 9 ...i know if i dont control my diet theres no point in working hard....gotta controlllllll!!

my measurements are chest 34 waist 33 1/2 hips 36 thighs 18 arms 10 1/2 weight 125 pounds and @pammyky take care of ureself and take some rest before u start with the 30 day shred. =)

@pammyky thank u for ure suggestions..im thinking of incorporating eat stop eat while doing 30 day shred aswell...just completed level 1 day 6 it felt really boring and monotonous today but thank god i still did it ...il be posting my measurements in a while...the side lunges are still hard and push ups even harder...

i will provide you with my measurements by tomoorow..=)...i really need tips on wat should i eat...normally my day starts at 7 i eat breakfast 2 egss 1 toast...den i come back home by 5ish and as im in university the food in the cafe is crap so i dont eatt anything until 5 ...and i know u guys will say to take my own but…

just gt done with day2 level 1..uff it was absolute torture :p my only motivation is you guys ...knowing that others are doing it with me makes me want to do it even moree

i am so in i really need to get back in to shape...i took before photos and you guys have to force me to put them up at the end of this challenge ......i have always start 30ds and ended up not completing it...this time i am totally motivated to go on until the end...just did day1 level 1...my end result will be on October…

i started turbo fire on may 22nd today is my rest day. i do feel a bit sore in my arms but other then that its okay. i definitely need motivation to do it i dunno why i hope i just stick with it. my aim is to loose 10 pound till july 22nd.
