I totally get what you are saying. I don't have a good answer for you except I fit it in when I can. I already wake up at 4am for work, so I won't get up early to exercise. Afterwork it just depends on my chaotic life.

Where are you guys getting Armour from? I thought they stopped making it???? I loved loved loved Armour. I did so much better on it. Now I am on synthoid and still feel "blah". I would really love to know!!! Thank in advance. Oh, btw, I take 100mcg synthoid a day.

I got a fitbit aria scale, so everytime I step on the scale it will transmit my info to my fitbit account. I can't risk weighing multiple times a day on that thing, so I do once a day in the morning before my shower. :)

I love my fitbit. I dunno how accurate calories are, but it is pretty accurate on steps.

I do if it is more than 20 mins worth. It is just a matter of preference. I have a sedentary lifestyle so if I am busting my butt cleaning then it is worth it to me to log it. I do try to underestimate though. For example, if I clean hard core for 2 hours, I will put it at 1 hour at light effort.

I love chobani! Pineapple and strawberry-banana are my favs! Just be careful with the plain, as it tastes like sour cream :x lol. I made the mistake of thinking it would be creamy goodness the first time I tried it. Now I use plain to make ranch dip...lol also I add flax seed to my chobani :)

I try to keep my hands busy. So I try to knit or do something crafty that doesn't take a lot of prep or set up. Another alternative is a hand held video game, like a Nintendo ds.

I like to use sliced cucumbers or carrots (or really any veggie) and dip in hummus.

I'm a veggie too :) you can track your protein on this site too, which I do. I assume they are about right for how much we should get, but I really don't know for sure. Sorry!
