Yes, that's what happened for me. MFP gave me a pop up that said I needed to recalculate my calories. I'm not eating 1250 as reccomended by MFP.

It should be unlocked now. Sorry about that, and thanks for the advice. I have lost 11 lbs so far, and have about 15 pounds to go. I honestly wouldn't know where to begin with weighing food. :) I'll have to try it!

I'm 5'6", currently 155lbs. I do at-home weights, spin class 3-4 days a week, and run/walk 1-2 days a week. Any other stats?

Wow. That was not at all what I was expecting to hear! :) It terrifies me to think about eating more and losing weight. What if I really have messed up my metabolism like a poster mentioned? Would it fix itself with eating a little more?

But how do you manage to get in "enough" calories? If I stay completely gluten free, then I can't get in enough calories for the day (like today I'm teetering on having 400+ left to consume), however, if I do eat somethign with gluten in it, then I can manage to get in "enough" food. So, what does a typical day look like?
