My new favorite is a little lean ground turkey meat, egg (or egg white), some spinach and roasted tomato scrambled in a pan. I season with a little low sodium taco seasoning and a dash of hot sauce. It's delicious, filling, and I don't feel heavy through the day like if I had a super heavy carb breakfast.

Listening to audible books while walking is awesome because you get lost in the book and don't even realize you are walking. I once (accidentally) walked for 3 hours because I was so engulfed in the book, I just kept walking and walking. I prob would of walked more had the walking trail not ended! lol

Honestly? I could do cardio everyday of my life. I love the sweat from aerobic exercises and running, however, to get the body I want I need to lift more. Right now I workout 4-5 times a week, about a 45 minutes-hour a day. I run a few times a week (2-4) and try to do at least 20 minutes of weightlifting 4 times a week.
