Bwah-ha! They were sampling those chips at my TJ this past weekend - didn't notice anything particularly Thanksgiving-y about the taste. Just tasted like a kettle-cooked potato chip.

I am really grooving on the fresh riced cauliflower and riced broccoli that has recently arrived at my local TJ's - it's making healthy eating so much more convenient! Also love their frozen Indian food (though I'm careful about the calories) - a new Korma Fish Curry just arrived, and I'm trying for lunch for the first…

I also recommend the Trader Joe's varieties - my current fave is their Jalapeno.

Raspberries and blackberries are great fiber sources, particularly now that they're in season! I put blackberries in my oatmeal every chance I get for breakfast. Chia seeds are another good source that can be easily mixed in to a lot of different things.

I know they aren't Australian per se, but I'd second (or third, as the case may be): www.emilybites.com www.skinnytaste.com www.budgetbytes.com

Today's lunch: Small container is an Orzo-Veggie Salad; top right is carrots and cherries; bottom right is a riff on "Crack Slaw" with ground beef, baby bella mushrooms, shredded cabbage, garlic, onion, worcestershire sauce, salt and crushed red pepper. Yummy, and all for 424 calories.

Love this (colorful language and all)!!!!

Lovely looking box - do you happen to know by weight how much salmon you use? The carrots in my box are the "baby" carrots that are pretty ubiquitous in the States - I think they're actually cut down to the shape out of bigger carrots. I just go with it because it saves me the time and trouble of peeling and cutting for…

My lunch for tomorrow: Carrots and Laughing Cow Cheese; red pepper pieces; spinach, white bean, and garlic dip; and pasta with ricotta, spinach, and tomatoes. Here's how it looks assembled with the ice pack in the middle:

True Bento confession time - following is my crab cake recipe: 1) Go to grocery store. 2) Buy http://www.phillipsfoods.com/retail-products/ProductsSearchDetails.aspx?productClassificationId=2&itemNumber=35070 when on sale. I think this is the recipe that they are based on though:…

Okay - long time lurker here, and I've been been bento-ing with tupperware. The thread motivated me to get a "real" bento box, and here is my first effort: On the left, mini turkey pepperoni and string cheese, olives, and carrots with a Laughing Cow cheese wedge. On the right, red pepper strips, mini crabcakes, and…

I just went shopping last night after work, and I went a little crazy for the fruit that's coming into season - blackberries, blueberries, cherries, strawberries - AWESOME! Fat free yogurt is great to have to mix the fruit with. Cottage cheese (low sodium is out there) Unsalted sunflower seeds - great to add some crunch…

Just stumbled on a good one this morning: 1/2 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt ~4 oz. fresh blueberries 1/3 c. Trader Joe's Ginger Almond Cashew Granola Mix and eat!

Been in Baltimore most of my life - love me some Charm City!

I love mixing 1/2 c. cottage cheese with 1/4 c. salsa, 1/2 avocado, and 2 tbsp sunflower seeds. I've been experimenting with different salsas lately, and Trader Joe's Corn and Chile salsa is especially good. Sometimes I'll throw in some olives if they're handy. Yum!

Don't have a recipe myself, but would love to have one - hope someone can provide one!!!

I lost 1 lb this week - met the challenges, and I think that starting TOM in the middle of the week may have contributed to the loss. Onwards and upwards (or downwards, as the case may be...)!
