Healthy Choice microwavable meals, Green Giant microwavable steamers, or bring a salad and add boca or morningstar products. Plenty of meals for around 200-300 calories available that are filling in aforementioned spread.

So your food intake is around 1450 calories, not your net calorie intake?

What do you mean by 1500 min calories? I was under the impression that I should eat around 1250 to lose weight from the site. If I eat 1500 calories won't that be counterproductive?
