I did it a few years ago and definitely lost inches and sizes (I think it was 2 sizes). I also was very careful with my calories and did cardio (elliptical and/or walking) at least 3 times a week on top of 30DS. Just started it again yesterday - I forgot how sore you are on the 2nd day! Hoping to lose another size or two…

I just started it today, so I am a day behind, but would love to join you. I, too, am a 37 year old mother of three, working full time. I love this workout. I did it a few years ago and lost so many inches and went down 2 sizes. Would love to do that again! Count me in!

I do elliptical right afterwards, too, for as long as I can handle - somewhere between 20 & 40 minutes. Also do elliptical at least twice a week for an hour separately.

Thanks for inviting me to the group! It's getting easier for me every day, but I do have knee pain with some of the exercises and I hear my knees and shoulders "click" throughout the whole thing. Hoping that isn't anything bad!!

I did L1D1 this morning. I did it a year ago and had amazing results. Hoping to have them again this time! Glad to have a team to motivate each other!
-
Please add me. I love 30DS and will start in the morning.

I know it's the 5th, but I'd like to join. Not sure of exact minutes so far, so I'll start recording tomorrow. Since 1000 minutes in 31 days works out to a little more than 30 minutes a day, I'll go for at least that. Thanks for the motivation!

The program is pretty straightforward, but you do need the No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat, Boost Metablism DVDs - I got them both at Target for about $10 each. Here is the schedule: DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1 DAY 2 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1 DAY 3 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES DAY 4 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1 DAY 5 - BANISH…

I did 25 days of it in May, but took a break after a big milestone. Bad idea! Back on it again. I started this weekend and just did L1D3 this morning. So crazy how hard days 1-3 were after taking a week off! I am trying to use 5 pound weights for as much as I can and am trying to keep up with Natalie. I lost 11.5 inches…

I'm 5'6", 153 pounds, with muscular legs and my calves are both about 14.5".

My two youngest were both 10 lbs - big babies are awesome but kill your body!

I think it takes a while before anyone notices. I am 26 pounds down and half way to my goal and it's only been the last couple of weeks that people who didn't know have noticed. And, the comment about the clothes is absolutely right! When I try on one of my size 12 skirts in the morning for work, I think I look awful - I…

My youngest is 4 1/2 and after having three kids, 2 by c-section, and keeping 15 extra pounds from each, I had a bit of a belly - especially the little pooch right above my c-section scar. I had a flat stomach before the kids and I was dying to get it back! I've only been at this for a short time and have only lost 26 lbs…

Switched to level 3 today because I thought level 2 was boring (level 1 was so much more fun!!), and boy was level 3 hard - wow!!

Is there room for one more? I'd really like to lose 20-30 by August. MFP SW 172, CW 156, GW 130.

Believe it or not, I am jealous! I seem to be losing everywhere evenly, which is good, I guess, but I desperately want my DDDs to go down to a C (or at least a D)!! I feel like everytime I lose weight, I lose it in my legs and every time I gain it, I gain it in my boobs. I'm like Betty Boop, for God's sake - one of these…

I was diagnosed with Grave's Disease (severe hyperthyroidism) about 14 years ago and the doctors told me I had to have my thyroid radiated. So, I did, and ever since then, I have been on gradually higher doses of synthroid. I seemed pretty much under control until I got pregnant in 2003. Then, after my son was born, it…

I'm basically with you. One day behind - this morning I did Day 4 of Level 2. I have to say that I do NOT like Level 2 as much as Level 1 - not so much because it's harder (some of it seems harder, some seems easier than Level 1), but I just thought Level 1 was more fun. Having said that, I took my measurements today as my…

So, I'm a little ahead. Today was day 14 for me. Day 4 of Level 2 (which I don't like as much as level 1, but is working nonetheless). I've only lost 2 pounds since I started it and was feeling a little discouraged, so I decided to take my measurements. I've lost 1.4 inches off my waist, 1.2 off my hips, 2.1 off my bust,…

I'm on Day 2 of Level 2 and loving it! I think I was getting sick of Level 1 and it seemed to be getting pretty easy. Glad I switched over 2 days early. Yesterday, I did L2D1 and followed it up with 50 minutes on the elliptical. Hopipng I can find the motivation to do that again tonight! I haven't measured myself since I…

I joined MFP on May 19th and, in the last two weeks: - Lost 12 pounds - Lost 2 inches in my waist, 1 in my bust, 1.5 in my hips - Didn't measure my arms before I started, but they are clearly smaller and more defined - Completed Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred, and am 2 days into Level 2 - Added 30-60 minutes of Eliptical…

I never eat the extra calories!

I was in pain before doing Day 3, but felt pretty good while doing it and feel much better today! Did that happen to you, too? Can't wait to do Day 4 in a few hours!!
-
I started on Tuesday, so I hope it's ok if I join! So sore after day 2, but felt much better after doing day 3 last night and looking forward to my 4th consecutive day tonight!
-
I was so sore all day yesterday (after two days of Level one), but I managed to force myself to do it again last night and I feel so much better! Soreness is just about all gone and can't wait to do L1 D4 tonight!
-
I'm in. I actually started on the 23rd, so this is perfect!
-
I started yesterday. Today was hard for the first few minutes because I was pretty sore, but once my muscles warmed up, it became much easier. Keep going!
-
I started it last night, too, and then did L1 D2 this morning. Plan to do elliptical tonight. I'm with you!
