Like the machines, my Polar knows how old I am and how much I weigh but it ALSO knows how tall I am and how active I am. The machines are ALWAYS higher than my watch. I always have to modify the calories when I enter into MFP.

I tried LAYERING the peanut butter and the jelly (not blending the peanut butter into the batter) and it was good, but the muffin was sort of plain. Don't get me wrong, they were really good. I just finished eating THREE of them!! yikes.

First of all, I try and drink a big tall glass of water before a meal to trick myself into feeling more full. Then I try and eat only the things that I could easily calorie count!
