I'm a SAHM of 4 girls 4,5,6 and 9. I set mine to lightly active as well. Even though I workout regularly. My 4 year old was recently diagnosed with Epilepsy so I am constantly running around for her. Everything needs to be a specific way or she freaks (meds cause this). Us parents are really very active :wink:

For me it was our family trip to Florida/Disney. I was at my absolute heaviest at 228 pounds. I didn't want to wear a bathing suit, be in any pictures etc. I was ashamed. I don't know. I haven't investigated Herbalife too much but I don't think you should supplement too many meals with shakes. I am a Beachbody Coach and use my Shakeology sometimes as a meal or after workout supplement. But if you don't eat real food you're going to have to buy that stuff for life. When I first became a Beachbody Coach (6 weeks ago) I started ChaLEAN Extreme. I absolutely LOVE it !! 3 days strength training and 2 days of cardio. It's amazing. Definitely getting toned :happy:

No problem :flowerforyou: I hope you see a loss :happy: I've lost 58 pounds on MFP and 74 total. I've had to do some tweaking to my calories before so I know the struggle that comes along with that.

Sometimes sodium can make people retain water :( Well I guess the BMR is pretty close. MFP said that I should eat 1200 calories but my BMR is 1430. So I usually eat 1350 and eat back most of my exercise calories. So if you eat 1200 and exercise just try to hit the number it says you should eat. I would give it a week or so…

I went and looked at your food diary and I know it sounds silly but have you tried eating more ??? Especially if you exercise. Your body needs fuel. Some people only lose weight if they eat at their BMR. Also maybe try tracking sodium. And I didn't see if you were drinking 8 or more cups of water a day. Water really helps.
