  • Hey Everyone... This looks like a great group to be a part of. I am really struggling to push through the workouts. I am not looking to lose a ton of weight, but some and also get toned.
  • I would like to join your group. I just purchased Insanity and am already struggling with this. Please help, motivation and support needed!!!!
  • You're transformation is AMAZING!! Congrats!! You look wonderful!!
  • I am starting Insanity next week. I hope to stick to it. If there is anyone that wants to start this for December let me know. Please send me a message and I will start a group! Thanks! Love K!
  • I just ordered the DVD's as well and should have them Wednesday. Maybe we can start a challenge to keep the motivation high for December. Let me know what you think. Add me if you'd like.
  • Thanks Taco! I keep myself motivated by thinking about myself in a bikini now (YUCK!) and what it could be (oo lala)! I also attend weekly Weight Watchers meetings that hold me accountable for my weight loss, as well as the challenges on MFP, but it being in person, for me, makes it more serious. I stay self driven by…

  • Good Morning Ladies! I have found my motivation again! I lost 4.2lbs this week. I know I'm posting a day early but I'm really excited and wanted to share. I started running, as well as have been doing WW. Now I am not 100% strict with this weight watchers. I go over on my daily points and into my weekly points, I eat out…

  • I didn't lose or gain last week which I expected because of my start of C25k and because I didn't eat too well or too terribly over the long weekend! Good luck with next week everyone!
  • Nothing has worked thus far...... What am I trying now to get back on track? *I have joined Weight Watchers and it seems to be helping. *I have started C25K and I REALLY like it. *I have joined another group to work on keeping me motivated to do C25K. Maybe when we start the new group I can update if any of these things…
  • Team 3: PeachyKeene, BeetleChe13, 1Horsetown, and myself Kraziekay89 I'm really liking the WTF (witness the fitness) team name. What do you all think? Please respond so we can get something figured out. Do any of you WANT to be the captain? I will be more than happy to take charge if need be. It may be what I need to keep…
  • W1D3 complete. Week1 was a success. I will say tho my shins hurt and this message board is too busy for me to keep up with!!!
  • To get back on track.... JUST DO IT. The weekend is now in the past and there is nothing you can take back. You will have to just start eating the correct foods and portions again to get back on track. That is the track, you took a little detour and now you're ready to get on the path again so do it! Goo girl!
  • You have to give your body time to adjust to the new things you are doing to it. I've been told to give your body 2 weeks to adjust to anything new you are doing. I know that sounds like a long time, but you gained the weight over a period of time it won't go away immediately and you may gain weight in the mean time. Also,…
  • I hear ya, and everyone is different. I had to do, and still have to do MANY things to keep myself motivated. I have a motivation board at my desk and that helps a little bit. But I literally have to look at my weight watchers things every day. I have to look at myself in the mirror and see how much I am not pleased with…

  • My response to this without needing to read everyone else is...... Don't waste anymore time with this man. I witnessed my best friend go thru 7 years of bullsh** with a guy that still has yet to leave his gf. Why on earth would you think a married man would? Things are ten times more complicated there. You should care more…
