So why am not not so excited about this...usually when you start something your extra motivated! Maybe because I have been through it all....weight watchers, Akins, Dr. Bersteins, and the list can keep going...why isn't there a magic pill...I am exercised out from the past!!!!!!!I WHY CANT FOOD MAKE US SKINNY!!!???

Food can make you skinny They say 75% of your body make up comes from the food you eat. Cut out the junk, eat clean, drinks lots of water...your body will react. Try it without exercise if you like, then add in exercise eventually. If you have tried all of these diets, then gained it back, your body's metabolism is probably out of whack. Eat healthful foods: lean meat, eggs (whites mostly), Greek yogurt, frozen berries, veggies, etc...etc... good luck! You can do it- start with a positive attitude and give your body a month or so to adjust.0

That does make me feel better...I know what to do and how to do it but it just feels like I have been doing it for so long and I keep going up and down in weight by 15 pounds....I just cant give up this time and have to keep going no matter what.

I hear ya, and everyone is different. I had to do, and still have to do MANY things to keep myself motivated. I have a motivation board at my desk and that helps a little bit. But I literally have to look at my weight watchers things every day. I have to look at myself in the mirror and see how much I am not pleased with what I see. I have to do so many things to keep motivated.
Try different things. Friend me if need be!0
