Soon as I started eating better i felt better I used to eat pastry,bread chips n general rubbish think that's y I felt tired n bloated! Are u eating enough? Having some1 to go to the gym with u can sometimes help? I've got a Holliday booked for September this is also keeping me motivated

I've just started doing this to and just off eating right and going to the gym i already feel better about my self ! Once again thanks for the input and help. I'm under calories the days a go to the gym so should I up my calories even If I don't feel hungry?

Cheers guys thanks for the input I'm going to measure my self the night n stop concentrating on the scales would any1 be willing to help me with my diet to see if ok am keeping to my calorie count is this enough or should I try n cut out carbs n up protein in currently taking a diet whey protein will this help me burn fat?
