Are sugars in fruit ok? Each day I'm into minus figures on my sugar nutrition due to fruit is this ok?

It's fine, as long as it's mostly sugar from fruit. You could probably ignore the sugar column or remove it unless: a) You have problems with blood sugar or b) You find the added sugars are creeping too high. Otherwise, fruit away.0
