Out of the 180s! I am down 2.4lbs this week. 14-Nov: 181.4lbs 21-Nov: 179lbs this morning! My macro goals are - 1440cals 90C/64F/126P Avg from last week - 1535cals 114C/70F/115P (14Nov-20Nov) Still working on upping my protein and reducing my carbs and fat. Worked out 2ice last week. need to up this as well

I haven't really been doing anything since the start of this competition but I finally got a gym membership and started working out last week .I went to the gym 6 times and my diet was decent! Was so proud of myself and expected a big loss except I stepped on the scale this morning and I had gained 0.5lbs. So discouraging…

Popcorn!!! 2 cups is about 100 calories, follow up with some water and you'll be good for a while. Also Hummus and some toasted pits bread works great too.

I am 5'5" and I looked my best when I was 135-140lbs. I think my bones are dense because I looked like a toothpick in high school I was 115lbs-123lbs.

I'm In! I can't wait to lose this fat! I initially lost 4lbs my first week here then after a weekend of bad eating, gained it all back! I know I have to stick to my diet 100% and I am also adding excersise which I did not really do before.

I buy a bag of Pita bread, hummus, some yogurt and some fruit and leave it in the refrigerator at work. This is my lunch most days except days I bring in left overs.
