Woke up at 4:30am, didn't eat until 7:00am, so tomorrow upon waking I will drink a protein shake. 4 egg whites + 1 whole egg w/ 2 pieces of turkey cut up and 1 slice of kraft cheese 4 pieces of turkey bacon

I wanna try BBL as well. My weight sits in my lower body, hips, butt, thighs and this is what it focuses on, so might be a good fit.

We seem to all be experiencing the same thing. I need to come up with a plan and stick to it, drink more water, PREPARE my meals in advance, and do more than 15 mins at the gym. I really want to start seeing results..... Welcome friends, WE CAN DO IT TOGETHER!!!

I AGREE!!! I'm not that good of a cook and getting bored with just chicken chicken chicken, fish, fish, fish b/c I only know how to cook it one way. Online looking for different cooking methods and different recipies!

I do morning workouts so after work if I a not in the mood I can go home and relax. I am NOT a morning person as well, but now my body has adjusted to wake up around 4:30am/5:00am even before the alarm at times. It is a good plan for me to make sure I do it.

I agree, I get everything ready the night before, if I don't I ALWAYS end up forgetting something or running around like a mad-woman trying to find this or find that which makes me late. I usually wake up at 4:30am every morning but I need to work on getting out the door earlier b/c I usually sit on the computer early…
