Those are both totally possible...I usually don't log my veggies unless I know I have eaten a lot of them (like 50 calories wise) or if I'm eating them with sauces. Also, I am very guilty of skipping meals. I get so busy and just forget to eat, and end up starving and having to get a bagel or then just gorging on whatever…

Ok...I think I fixed my log so it can be seen now! But anyways, my BMR is 1440 and I am moderately active. (I lifeguard for work, plus I run at least 5 times a week, usually 6 and do a Jillian Michaels DVD 3-4x a week)
