I agree with allyjune. I have not had horrible side effects sometimes I use it but just with dinner my more high fat and calorie meal breakfast and lunch are low fat and cal usually so I dont take it all day that cuts down side effects and hopefully liver damage. Thighs not touching. No fat arms or double chin in pics. looking like im skinny in pics and not "overweight". Be able to run as far and fast as my friends that workout. Also healthier food is more expensive. But maybe u should do the shopping then u can get what u can eat. If he has always shopped this way he may not know what to get maybe make him a list.

I buy soyaki sauce from Trader joe's but other grocery stores sell it too. I use pam and onions brown chicken a little then through in crockpot pour sauce over cook4 hrs on high depending on crockpot. Make brown rice with it . When u figure his normal daily activity put him a vigourous dont count what he normally does as exercise it will automatically give him calories for lifestyle. It has sedentary, lightly active which is where my job nurse fall even though i walk at least half the time for 12 hrs. if I ate all the calories I would gain…

I would discuss this with your MD. Sounds like a professional should be assisting you. LOL! That's exactly what I mean u go to Bennihana's and u can't eat all ur expensive dinner. But at least u have lunch the next day. I want to go eat here or there when I m bored but i can't cause Ill over eat or get full too fast. Saves money though. I can't find anything I like as much as food. lol.

I add work in too my lightly active lifestyle when u set up your calories. I work as a nurse 12 hr shifts but don't count extra calories fr it because i tend to over eat those days anyway. I suggest doing a weight loss percentage because some people are heavier and drop pounds faster then other a percentage is going to work better.

yeah I do the same thing. or I eat the exercise calories just because I can even if im not hungry. I say well i can have desert cause I earned it but I don't even want it now I want it whenI don't have enough calories left.

yeah chips and salsa is 400 calories for 25 chips. and the biscuit and butter at lucilles is 600 calories.

I don't even know if mine is open or not but I dont mind if anyone looks but I eat bad but exercise so I lose weight still just slowly. I noticed others eat barely 1200 calories which makes my diary look terrible .

It was pasta so it was a higher carb to protein ratio but it had meat in it.

I very active most days so that accounts for a lot of calories burned. I am truly hungry my body knows when I have lost a pound or 2 and its wants it back. Gotta say I am evening more hungry now that I am running.

U r awesome and very inspirational. I am losing slowly too. I want it too last and I hate being hungry so It will be about 7 months before I get to goal if I just keep plugging away.

I love them too. I am positive they don't have a much fat as cake. Can't get rid of all ur sugars and pleasures. Just have ur banana as long as it's in ur calorie goals.
