Try to be consistent with your workouts. I try not to go more than a day of rest. Maybe 2 if I have difficult circumstances (i.e. weather problems, time challenge etc.) Try also reducing the salt. Water, more water. See if that helps.

I love spinning! Total body workout and you SWEAT!!!! Its totally worth it. You will get "saddle sore" initially but do no let that get you down. Stick to the program for 2 weeks and then make a choice. Good luck!
