Yeah, I see what you are saying. I logged my results for food intake today and I was over 600 calories, which is fine for just today but I am amazed that I used to eat like this regularly before and not worry one bit. Now, I am sooooo concerned!

I was reading runner's world magazine this weekend and they suggest having a bowl of oatmeal with a cup of coffee if you run after breakfast. Another great option was to make a 300 calorie smoothie and drink half of it before the run and the other half after the run. Just some ideas for you.

I know how you feel!! I had a molten lava cookie at red lobster. Even though, I shared it, I later realised how bad it was. Over 1000 calories!!!!! Yuck! I'm feeling sick to my stomach....

I usually eat half a whole wheat english muffin with banana and almond butter on it. Gives me energy. Afterwards, I drink muscle milk or chocolate fat free milk.
