  • I do it regularly when I think about it, not just while exercising and it has made a difference in the past. I think you should take a deep breath and pull the muscles in whenever you remember to do so. Its a great way to tone those muscles, even when you are at rest!

  • I run indoors on my treadmill, but go for walks on nice sunny days. I also like to swim when its rainy. Indoor pools are a great way to stay focused with the workouts.

  • My energy is okay with exercising (after 2-3 weeks), its having interrupted sleep at night that ruins my energy in the morning. But, taking a short nap never hurts :)

  • I love dark chocolate now. I hate regular chocolate. My taste is changing also. Trader joes has great dark choclate bars, they are 100 calorie and taste good. Also, the other choclate selections are pretty darn good. Melt them and eat with strawberries. Pure heaven!

  • Nobody should ever live under 1200 calories. Its nuts. Please check with the trainer, you should not be hungry at all. I have always kept above 1200 calories and still managed to lose weight. Its a slower process but you have energy and still never feel hungry. Please consult before continuing with this program.
