It is very good. No doubt about it. Eat more fish than chicken if you can. Its got many benefits!

I love to add soy sauce and vinegar. It adds great flavor to the chicken.

I do it mainly when I go and "poop" in the morning before breakfast. I try not to stress about it. It helps alot! Also, usually they say not to do it more than once a day since your weight fluctuates alot over time of day even.

I just got a free subscription and it is a great magazine! Anyone reading it? What are your opinions? What do you like best about it? I like the fact that its pretty all rounded. Beauty, health, food, exercise.

I tried the Kashi Lemongrass Coconut chicken today and I was impressed! It actually tasted nutritious. Anyone recommend any other kashi entrees? I've only tried this one yet.

Try the FAGE brand. it is toooooo good. I can only find it at whole foods so far.

I dont know if Im a health nut yet but already my thoughts are into, new sports shoes for running, new polar 6 for my birthday and spinning shoes. Does that make me a nut? :wink:

I worked out like crazy today. One hour spinning. Later in the day, one hour of walk/jog and I feel like I am on top of the world. Just had to share :smile:

If you have just started...dont panic. The saddle soreness goes away after a few weeks. I swear. Just take it easy and keep spinning. The pain goes away.
