Take some time out and workout for about 30 minutes and think of how many calories are in a cookie or 1oz of chips compared to healthier foods such as fruit and vegies. You will stop eating them at once.

I have been spinning for the last 3 months. I have seen a significant loss of back weight. But I think it has to do with your body type also. Your body gets rid of fat where it seeks most important. Thats my 2 cents.
