I agree 100%. My success has come from my commitment. And I have never considered this a "diet" it is a way of life now. I have set the realistic goals along the way because it is exciting to meet those and start reaching for the next.

You either want it or you don't. No one is making you eat the cookies or ice cream or have a cocktail....worst thing for me is seeing someone say they ate cookies then two days later comain about the scales....it's all up to you!

I've never seen these before...I bet if you keep training you can do it! I never thought I'd be doing pull ups at 34 and I do many types. Wide, over, under and narrow grip. I use a bench under my foot for balance and so I can reach the bar and never use muscles in my legs to help with them. I also do pull ups from laying…

Sorry I don't agree.....what Christians call "praying" we call thinking our way through an issue.....For me as a christian, praying is just that praying....and waiting on direction and answer from God, not relying on me to think my way through a situation..

I haven't hit a plateau yet. Started my journey May 25 and have been losing about 1-2 pounds a week since. I don't eat the same food everyday and don't do the same workouts every week.

Mine never falls asleep. Just pain with certain movement. I've learned what to avoid and how to maneuver to get through it. Haven't had a shot in years. But that is the quickest fix.

I only eat my 1200 calories and don't touch what I have burned in a workout. Have been doing this since May and am losting about 1 1/2 - 2 pounds a week. (Typically workout with a trainer 3 days a week for an hour 15, and one day alone for about an hour)
