I recently started Cycle 2, and I lost 9 pounds so far - all in Cycle 1. Yes, you can have unlimited egg whites (as many as you can stand)! They caution about too many whole eggs for people with cholesterol concerns (no more than 1 a day), but there is no cholesterol in egg whites.
