You can only gain muscle if you eat above your maintenance calories even if you use partioning muscle getsbigger the fat covering it reduces it doesnt change shape. How do you look in the mirror, have a look at your portion sizes that tends to be the biggest problem Good luck with it

You cant out run your mouth so diet is key as most have said so far. Excercise makes you fit - Eleveated heart rate burns calories, so when your feeling a little better try anything that makes you puff marching on the spot, stairs etc Good luck with it

Higher in protein, thicker, cremier and lower in carbs go for the low fat option in all honesty you will neer go back to the regular stuff if you like it...not that im biased being Greek or anything :-O)

Thats the best bit of advice given make the plates smaller make the portions smaller and drink lots of watre before you eat to fill the stomach, chew longer etc

Slim fast works because it forces u to eat at a drastic reduction in calorie terms most of the shakes contain 18-20g of sugar u could actually organise a diet far better eat more food and not feel as****ty if you made your own shkaes using real food just replace when it tells you to have a shake with somethjing homemade…

depends whether you want to do this for endurance or as a novel way to work your midsection if its the latter i would do 4 different excercises starting with 10 each and work up to 25 increasing by 5 a week...if you have an Iphone there are some nice little aps Good luck Tony
