Never done this before but just mixed (by hand dont blend) one scoop of vanilla protein with 4 spoons of plain Greek youghurt got a nice consitancy and thrown in some berries best tasting snack ive had in ages
I downloaded an app called Instapaper it allows you to save a webpage on your pc/laptop in this case a recipe page and read it later on your ipad i normally prep my food for 2/3 days so ive saved a bunch of recipes and ive cooked all the meals one after an other.........
do more classes at the gym or is this a UK thing, i attend a combat class with 35 people ladies and me burns 800-900 calories in an hour yet i come out into the main gym and the guys are toiling on a running machine burning 200...???

What a great site, downloaded the app to my iphone and have started using it in anger today have a 6 week beach body plan and im following a diet by Lyle McDonald called UD2.0 to cut from 16% to 10% bodyfat without muscle loss if possible need to be eating at 50% of calories for 4 days of the week so the food log on here…
