skipping

So after spending 15 minutes searching and not understanding why there is no skipping cardio option...ive just been told u call it Jump Rope over the pond

Im sure a few others will pop up.......

    Jump rope over the pound? I don't get it. I can only skip right now... otherwise, my heart rate gets WAY too high.

    Yes, its jumping rope here on this side of the pond - skipping brings to mind what little girls do on the playground - not at all manly ;-)

    Under cardio exercise, type in rope and it will come up at rope jumping with a few different options.
