What a great site, downloaded the app to my iphone and have started using it in anger today have a 6 week beach body plan and im following a diet by Lyle McDonald called UD2.0 to cut from 16% to 10% bodyfat without muscle loss if possible need to be eating at 50% of calories for 4 days of the week so the food log on here is perfect look forward to sharing my results

    Welcome, nice to see someone else from the UK here to (I'm a Londoner!). The site is great. I'm not as advanced as you are with all the body fat percentage stuff yet (sounds like you're a proper body builder) but I'd agree that the site and the iphone app are a great way to keep track of your calorie intake, it's a real eye opener.
