hmmm...I'm wondering if this is what's causing my weekend binges...maybe 1200 calories is too little. But I find on the weekends or at night i am STARVING. im good about not eating on the weekdays but not so much on the weekends.

Oh one more thing! Be careful with soy. I've read a lot that unless it's fermented it's actually quite bad for you. makes u retain water and weight.

I totally don't eat much rice and i do not eat any bread or pasta. My carbs are coming from nuts, veggies and fruits. i eat oatmeal for breakfast with flax. My food for today. While this makes perfect sense, I would bet that the reason cavemen aren't exactly the best example to compare to our current situation because they didn't live sedentary lives. They were constantly active and on the go.
