Monday Mini Challenge

It's time again for another Monday Mini Challenge.

Let's see if we can do at least 200 squats. If you did them with me last week then let's beat last weeks number this week.

Be sure to stretch first and let's have fun.

As usual, post back here when your done. Who's with me?

    I've never done this, but I will give it a try and see how many I can do in one day!

    Done, broke it up into 50's. The last set I started to get pins and needles in my toes but it was worth it - feel good =)

    oh im very tempted to do this but fearful of not being able to walk the next day. lol.

    200 is the goal but if you can't do that many you do as many as you can.

    I completed mine, I did 200 in sets of 50
