Mine was calculated by my coordinator. I'm suppose to get 124 g per day in. I usually get about 100-110 g. per day.

Congratulations on taking the challenge. Just take one day at a time. The first week is always the hardest. Once you get past that it is easier. Log everything. Logging all meals, snackes, exercise helps keep you on track. Be sure to drink lots of water throughout the day and plenty of protein for snacks. You can do it!…

My understanding is if you cardio 3-4 times a week and strengthining 2-3 times that should be good. If you think it might make you feel better doing cardio today then do some maybe 20 min. instead of 30. :flowerforyou:

I feel for you. I have did well when I first started. Lost 20 lbs. I have been in a rut for about 5-6 mo. I watch what I eat, exercise but see no results. In fact I have gained. My thyroid is normal so it's not that. I get very discouraged but I know I have to keep trying. Eventually we both will start seeing results. May…

I did go to curves and found it very helpful. I had to stop due to an injury. I would go 5x wk and found great results. Should give it a try.
