Ugh I feel the same way. My sister is still in HS and has a killer rock hard body! I want to as well... I used to be her size, now I'm a little bigger than her and we're both short. People can tell when you gain 10-15 when you're only 5 2" lol

Yea it really depends on the person.... When I was 125 (even 120) I was still a 5/6 due to having hips, thighs, and a butt! Granted I am only 5 2". My jeans would be big around my waist, but fit me perfect in my butt! I don't know... I have such an issue with jeans!

It's ok not to eat your calories back. And too low would be 800 if your on a 1200 calorie diet. If your exercising make sure you are for sure hitting at least the 1200 mark... the days you don't exercise it is ok to be a bit under.

Yes fiiting into clothes is rewarding, but for me personally it takes having a lot of short term goals to work toward! and yes having smaller clothes to look forward to helps me as well! That's why I never threw out my "skinny clothes" one day soon they will fit again!!!:smile:

Try doing some resistance training as well! Muscle burns calories and makes you have a faster metabolism! Trust me weight training makes a world of difference!

Yes. I would say it's safe for you to run! Just do a walk/run. Run until you feel like you need to stop. But listen to your body, not your mind. Remember running is completely mental. Well first off don't buy them... If you are a snacker (like me) buy rice cakes. There are so many different flavors now! Or try things like nuts. Yes they are high in calories but they are very good for you!
