I had the same **** for a while. I actually GAINED weight back because it was getting ridiculous. I'll have an apple or any veggies. I love eating those things so it's not really an issue. And depending on how many calories you have left, maybe if you have some carrots and peanut butter? The peanut butter will fill you right up! :) (Moderation though of course!)

They say that drinking diet soda tricks your body to think that it is about to get calories, then doesn't, which apparently makes you eat more later. Unfortunately you can't target fat in certain places, but cardio is the way to lose any fat--for at least 20 minutes a day!

I'm about 125 and I want to stay at this. But really depends on the frame--my frame is medium so really anywhere between 125-135 is good for me.
