How come myfitnesspal doesn't try to calculate calories lost when weight lifting? =(

There is a strength training under Cardio...then u list out ur weight training under strength training0

Well, I put in my strength training, but it doesn't tell me how many calories are being burned in the process. =(0

Go to Cardio Exercise. Search "strength training" there. Enter time you spend doing it to get a calorie burned for it. Strength section is just to track reps and weights.0
