That's awesome! Definitely worth it. I will not sit down at night to watch TV - I either do Pilates, Belly Dance, made up calisthenics/cardio routine, etc during it ... I'm not good at listening to music while I work out, so I do it to a TV show instead!

3 sets of 60 second mountain climbers done! Whew! Also, loving the look of the final week!!! Esp. that last day - just not totally sure what knee raises are...

So excited for this! It really motivates me to at least do SOMEthing, especially when I'm feeling like doing nothing! The accountability and support are great and the varying challenges mean you never get bored. Can't wait for new and exciting challenges...

Thanks all! I checked 10 mins of "calisthenics -vigorous" and that only burns like 103 cals... I logged my 10 as a moderate calisthenics (about 60 cals) I'd much rather underestimate than over!

As far as Zumba goes, I would enter it as a "new exercise" and calculate how many calories you burn per hour w/ a HRM or via another website and enter that info on MFP. Good luck!

Didn't get to scissor kicks yesterday, but did them this morning. (2) 1-min reps Also did (4) 30-sec planks regular and 30-sec side plank on each side for 3 mins total!

Like many of the others, I only log it if it's heavy and out of the norm - I do laundry once a week - I load and unload washer, hang up the clothes, stand to fold it, put it away, etc. I log it only as "light cleaning" tho. Cool! I do mini challenges during the week, but I like a weekend challenge. And, I'm also doing a month of mini challenges and crunches was todays. We were to do 100 and I did 200! But, I didn't do situps. I will do those and then report back! Thanks for the challenge!!

I haven't really seen it, but my guess would be either circuit training or general aerobics...If I'm ever really unsure about something and I know I'm moving I'll put it under general or low impact aerobics... I'd rather under or general estimate than over estimate. Good luck!
