Great job.....thanks, modabella for keeping us informed :-)

Congrats to the members contributing to the 2nd place.....I know I'm not one of them! Super busy, travelling for work and a death in the family has definitely had an impact but I'll be back at it this week. Have a great week everyone. If you're struggling, reach out to another team member or post on this thread. M

Hey Team, Don't forget to weigh in!!! Cheers

Hello Jo - got your message after the weigh-in but have let modellbell know so that you are not in any danger of being dropped from the challenge. I had a rough go with Easter - starting with brunch. I did enjoy it and will not have to do that for awhile now. This week will be tough, I'm travelling again and haven't been…

Congratulations to the winners this week!

Hey Purple Team: How is everyone feeling so far? I'm back on the road again this week. So hard to get the exercise in and eat right but I'll give it my best shot this week. I can't wait until my work project is over. Getting home late and going to work early has not been working well with the challenge so far. Cheers!

1st week over - was looking forward to the challenge until my work life kicked in. I've definitely underestimated the stress of a new job and I'm fully immersed in a project which is taking over weekends and evenings. It's challenging to get motivated to work out when you feel so tired all the time. I need some better…

Week one of challenge well underway. How did everyone fare over the weekend?

Congrats on your loss. Good for you!

Really hoping to get my motivation back. Crysta - that is awesome that you're at the 1/2 way point. You'll have your goal met before the end of the challenge. Matt - happy to hear that these challenges give you motivation. I did well in the first challenge I was in. Not so well in the second, but I started a new job and…

I've been following your story - you have been an inspiration to many. Thank you!

Thank you Modellabell for running a Spring Challenge. I'm in! Hopefully, more successful this time around. If you are short on team leaders, I'd be willing to lead a team. Good luck everyone!

Agree - sometimes you just need to see that it can be done. Fantastic results!

Great job! Congratulations.

Thanks Kevin - Thought I'd share this one too: I am not a product of my circumstances, I am a product of my decisions. - Steven Covey. Decide to not quit this year. Decide to exercise regularly and control the calories. Be a product of those decisions.

Go online and google mcdonalds hamburger. Read the process they use to make food acceptable for human consumption. That fixed my fast food addition. Can't stomache the thought of another fast food burger. If they need to do this to the hamburgers, you know that it is same for chicken etc.

Yes - bought the polar ft7. Two improvements - following HR increased the intensity of my cardio workouts and the calories for exercise are significantly different (less) from what you find on this site and machines. I use it daily.

I have the fitbit flex. There are positives: easy to wear, syncs to phone. What I do not like is that the step count is not visable on the flex itself. I do think it overcounts - this is not true during walking as you can watch the steps mount up on your phone but when you're doing stuff in the kitchen etc. I did have the…
