It's going to be another great day! I am up, motivated, and gonna get things done! I am excited to be back on track with my health goals after my medical procedure last week and feeling good about it again! It has sure been feeling great to lose this weight and become healthy. Take Shape For Life and my health coach have really inspired me to be better then what I thought that I could be. My journey started only at almost 350 pounds and I am so glad to say as of today I am in the 230's!!! This program has really help me understand my potential, learn to love myself again and motivate me to be the healthiest I can be. I love the way the program works and all the support that stands behind it, so much that this week, I have taken my test to become a health coach myself!!!! I am still on my journey with weight loss, and health however I am strong minded and I am going to reach my goal one step at a time. Next step is my lifetime journey with optimal health. Now that I am a health coach, I get the honors of helping others the same as I have helped myself. I would be very excited to share with you how this has worked for me. Thank you for your support as I start this next chapter of my life that I am so excited about! Lets make this happen!

    Congrats on your loss, and best wishes for continued success, but advertising is not allowed on the boards.

    I was not trying to advertise, simply letting others know my success and that I am now a health coach and willing to help. I will remove it though since others are seeing this as advertising. However, how do I remove it?

    She's a "coach" for Take Shape for Life- which is a product. She sells it. She is offering to tell others about it if they message her. That is advertising by MFP's rules.

    But yes, I am happy to cheer for her success. Just not attempts to use the boards to earn money in a MLM.

    Ok for one, I have been trying to figure out how to delete and or edit the post to take out what you and others are feeling is advertising. I meant no harm in this post. I am simply excited that I have become a health coach and want to help others do the same thing I have and am still doing with my own health. Two, what is "coach" about? I am a "health coach" yes for a company but the "company" is not a product.

    I am not on the board forum here trying to get people to buy things, I am trying to help people with their health. So again, I am not trying to use the boards here to earn money. I was reaching out and I am sorry that you have taken this as I am trying to earn money. I don't look at it that way at all, weight loss and healthy living has become a passion to me but if you knew me then I guess you would know that.

    I have tried looking for this edit button that you mentioned to me yesterday and have not yet seen it. I have sent a message to MFP asking them how to remove this post that apparently has made you upset that it is here, however I have not received any reply from MFP. So as soon as I figure it out, this will be removed!

    Just click Edit at the bottom of your posts. You can then remove the text that you wish to remove.

    Congrats on your loss. (But I hope that you find a way to get to & stay where you want without relying on weight loss products for the rest of your life - way too constrictive & expensive for me.)

    There is no edit button as it is only there for 1 hour after posting. I contacted MFP though and asked them to remove it. I do not need to rely on weight loss products. That is the thing, people think that they know everything there is to know just based from someone mentioning a health program. Take shape is not like that at all. It is much more then that. I would be happy to explain sometime but obviously not here.
