I've had the same problem! The first 2 weeks I lost 8 pounds & after that the scale would go up & down for the past 3 weeks. Have you tried measuring yourself? How much water are you drinking? I had a real bad problem with this & once i joined this site & started drinking alot of water it wasn't so hard to go anymore!

Welcome! MFP is very helpful with keeping me on track. It helps to see everything written down & how many calories someone actually consumes without even realizing! I definitely love the app since i don't always have time to sit down & enter everything. :smile:

coffee & coffee mate. at least once a day, sometimes two but that's it. a lot better than the 3-4 cups i use to have a day. i've given up/cut down a lot on everything else!

I'm a new mom to a 3 month old. I work out 6 days a week for at least an hour, sometimes more. I drink almost 10 glasses of water a day.Ive only been on this site for a week & have already lost 8 pounds! Congrads on the new baby :)

I love Billy Blanks' DVD's, especially Tae Bo! I have his "amped" series, it comes with 4 workout dvds & a 3 pound bar to workout with. It really helps!!

I don't go to the gym at all. I use Billy Blanks' workout DVD's. I've been on this site for a week monitoring my workouts & eating and I've lost 8 pounds so far. Good Luck :)

1) Keep working out for 1 hour, 6 days a week: Cardio Express either twice a day or Cardio express once a day & a nice walk! 2) Cut coffee down to ONE time a day! 3) Lose 5 pounds!
