  • Well turns out my scales are off, so I need to repost. SW - 205 CW - 200 GW for July chamllenge - 195 The goals are still the same, I just weight a little more than I thought. Good luck to everyone!

  • That's great! I'm only a few days into it, so of course I haven't seen any difference on the scale yet. I'm feeling good about what I'm doing though. I LOVE the support! It is so much eaiser than trying to do this alone. :happy:
  • Gossipgirl - I think the bloating is the cause for the weight gain. I usually gain as much as 5lbs during that time of the month. In about 5 days, it's all gone.
