I initially lost some weight while breast feeding, but it soon became too pain to only breast feed, so I also tried bottle feeding on the side, my son seemed to prefer the quicker access ease of bottle feeding and soon gave up the boob, much too my disappointment. So that weight-loss option kinda just went out the window…

I agree with tyyma, you guys are all coming off really strong, (facts or not) she even said she wishes she could just delete the thread, but she can't. She gets what you're all saying, no point beating a dead horse. :(

Start Weight: 236.6 lbs Current Weight: 217.4 lbs Total: 19.2 lb Loss Although I've almost met the 20 pound goal for the challenge by only the start of week 5, I still plan to continue until the end of the challenge, I still have a very long way to go, but I'm really happy with my current progress so far. :)

This is the method that works best for me. A cheat day once a week or so, helps to keep your body from getting to use to your diet and exercise routine, it's good to keep your body guessing every now and then.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who has to work on their weekend eating plans, it gets tricky on the weekends since it's our times to unwind, get things done, attend events and special occasions, etc. It's something I definitely plan to tackle this weekend. :)
