yes i have been looking at this blankly trying to work that out, i guess the most important thing is the diary so we track what we are having! Hopefully someone that is already doing it will have some ideas, can i send you a friend request?

nope best thing is weights( not to eat obviously) but weight training will perk those boobs up making them look a size bigger ;-)

lifting with low weight can be very effective just do higher reps :smile:

Yes Gillian has the most annoying voice i put my ipod on and turn off the sound on dvd, makes for a more pleasant work out :-)

Oops pressed enter before i replied! i blame it on the wobbles from my workout :-) I have just recovered from an achilles injury and a friend said to give kettlebells ago, i loved it, as i could feel my whole body getting worked, my hips haven't had such a good workout in years lol

use free weights rather than the machines in the gym, that way you can work more than one area at a time, hence a better burn!

Gillian Micheals workouts are fab for toning, i also love kettlebell workouts and have seen a dramatic change in toning up since i have been doing them! Good luck! x

i am giving up negativity, i was always very optamistic but the last few months have been a total sulking sue, No more! And i may give up my bed time hot choclate, but this will be very hard ;-(
