Hi i do a mixture of cardio and strength training, but i have a function 5th December, i have a beautiful dress, but would really love to tone up more before wearing it, is it a case of just raising the weight for my strength training to get firmer and more toned?

Kettle bells
I have just done my first 40min kettlebell workout with Bob Harper, it blimin near on killed me :-) but damn do i feel good for doing it! but not sure how i log it? now there was not a single part of my body dry at the end of it so i think it was a good un!

cold symptons

achiles tendon
(sorry if the spelling not correct) since i have been exercising my ankles have been very painful, i now have a lump at the back on my achiles tendon, the pain is becoming worse, i tried to book a doc appointment today and have been given one for in 3 weeks time. swimming seems to be aggravating it, any ideas? or good…

vegetables
with the price of meat soaring i have been eating far more vegtable based dinners, but i seem to be bloating on them, will this naturally sort itself out? as my body gets used to the change in its diet, or is it a common side effect? and if so any advice on how to deal with it? Thanks :-)

colds and exercise
my job advised i have the flu jab, so 2weeks ago i went and got it :-( since then i have had a rotten cold which has gone to my chest, even anti biotics aren't seeming to sort it out, GRRRRRRRRRRRR THIS IS HAVING A MASSIVE EFFECT ON MY EXERCISE!!! and i am feeling very frustrated, am knocking back vit c as if it is going…

rotten cold
i have an absolutly rotten cold at the moment, have just attempted day 8 of the shred, really not happening, felt light headed and nauscious, plus nose won't stop running. I dont want to stop now i have a routine going so any ideas on light exercising would be greatly appreciated xxx
