with the price of meat soaring i have been eating far more vegtable based dinners, but i seem to be bloating on them, will this naturally sort itself out? as my body gets used to the change in its diet, or is it a common side effect? and if so any advice on how to deal with it?
Thanks :-)
Thanks :-)

I'm not sure why you are bloating. My guess would be that it could be one of the following-
You are cooking your vegetables with too much salt/sodium which is making you retain water
You are not used to eating foods higher in Fiber which can cause bloating
You have some sort of allergy
I have no issues whatsoever eating vegetables.0
