I have one, not really getting big calorie burns but it's fun to use while I'm watching television.

My twin brother and I were taken by the state at three years old from my parents care. There was a moldy jar of jelly on the table and that was it. We were 15 & 17 pounds at 3 and severely malnourished. Not looking for sympathy, just reiterating there is no such thing as starvation mode! Sorry to go off post!
