  • I am a breastfeeding mom of a 4 month old and I have done some extensive research on the web. It looks to me that you need an absolute minimum of 1200-1500 cal a day as long as the baby seems to be getting enough food. I started this website 6 weeks agao and have lost 13 lbs. and that is what I stick too, good luck.
  • I am taking a yoga/pilates class that is an hour long and and cardio kick boxing class that is an hour long. Does anyone have any ideas on how many calories i might be burning for each class?
  • You can mix or match to get a different meal and use different seasonings Boneless skinless chicken breast or fish (I usually go with cod, tilapia, or salmon). Brown rice or couscous Any kind of veggie steamed....you can almost eat as much as you'd like and it will help fill you up.
  • I like to have a glass of wine either with dinner or while I am makinig it......I always count the calories into to my diet and never go over. Does anyone know if this will effect my weight loss???
