Maybe you also have "pronated feet", meaning the ankle are "falling" too much inside. Sometimes, the best shoe is not enough. You should be evaluated by a pedorthosist who will tell you about your feet and maybe recommand custom or "off the shelf" arch supports.

I don't know about how to keep them because the only time I cooked them, we eat them all!!! Taste so good!!!

If it's what I think at, you boil water in a large pan and take it off the fire. You dip your rice paper into it for a few second till it's soft and take it off. Quickly wrap your filling into it. Use 2-3 layers. One is too thin.

Ha ha ha poor you! I can imagine the situation...

Ah je suppose International Taekwondo Federation. Non. Je suis vraiment débutante...(jaune).

ITF?

Just buy UNprepared food! Fresh vegetable, meat, whole grain cereals and bread. It's not expansive if you cook yourself with good fresh food with herbs and spices. Stay away from already-make stuff.

I think that , with some time, your skin will "go back". It depends on your age and how "too much skin" you have. Leave yourself some time. And don't forget that it you go wih surgery, you can't take back weight, the skin won't strech anymore!. Good luck and congratulation for your big weight lost!

You should eat ALL your calories. And don't forget to put in the calories you burned with exercice because you have to eat them also! So lets say you have 1200 calories allowed, and you did elliptic for 200 calories, then you need to eat 1400 calories for the day. if you don't, you will go in starvation mode and you body…

I really love Kashi products. I eat often "the laughing cow" light swiss cheese (low cal and full of calcium for ladies).
-
Oh you will like it! It works! Good luck from Quebec!
-
Well...if this picture is yours, I don't see any fat!!!!!!
-
Remember that muscles "eat" calories !!
-
Well, if you see a profile like Iceprincess, I think you can suppose she knows what she's talking about!
-
Talking about that..wouldn't it be nice to have the profession or formation of the person who's answering? So we will KNOW who to believe!!!
-
Oh , also, it's twice a week so I also do some elliptic once or twice a week at home.

I started Taekwondo a few months ago and fell in love with it. It's a very complete sport (cardio-muscu-stretch- and fun!).
-
MFP has set me at 1240 cals for my weight and height for a lost of 1 pouds a week. Is it very too low? I didn't choose that. I think I will let a few day pass and maybe eat a bit more to try .
-
Oh, I eat more than 1200cals if I exercise (three times/week). Actually, I eat back the calories I burned. Thank you all for the suggestions and comments!
