and loving it. i just wanted to get it out there that i was quite upset when we couldn't renew our gym membership, but now i am totally over it. i went through all of our old work out videos and found power 90, taebo, and the art of yoga. we just recently got power 90x too, and now i am using whatever routine whenever i want, so long as i mix up all of my muscle groups and get in a good dose of cardio. i love it! and it feels so nice to not be bored in front of my tv. so yay for no gym!

I love mixing it up too! I'm alternating between Slim in 6 workouts and Power 90's Sculpt 3-4. I'm thinking about doing another round of P90X beginning March 1, but I reserve the right to change my mind if something else "feels" like it would be better for me when that time rolls around...0

I started Taekwondo a few months ago and fell in love with it. It's a very complete sport (cardio-muscu-stretch- and fun!).0

Oh , also, it's twice a week so I also do some elliptic once or twice a week at home.0
