I think you should eat it IF you feel hungry (or just a bit less than your 650 if it's very too much). In fact, this exercice ALLOW you more calories. This is the way I see it. If you have like 1200 + 650 calories (so 1850 calories allowed), and it feels to much for you, then I think it's fine as long as you don't go under…

I bought one 3-4 years ago and still using it. I bought a good quality one but not the more expansive (about 600$). No gadgets but verry good mechanic. And I didn't regret it. No squicks and verry stable. And think you have to try it in store, first to see if it feels good (they don't have all the same movement) and, for…

Yes that's what I observed too. I REALLY think that sugar is a DRUG!!! Really-really. Once you pass a few day without those artificial-rafined sugars it goes better.

Watch out about the pool exercices; swimming makes you hungry!!! There are some bikes you can use only with your arms. Also, set ups and some floor exercices could be good. Ask a physiotherapist.

I think the most important is that you feel good in them. They need a minimum quality (support and cushion). But Fila is not a bad brand and if you feel good in them, well...let's go! Maybe you should try them slowly and run just small distances at first to test them (sorry for my english).

A good trick to know if the shoe is wide enough...take out the insole off you shoe , then put in on the floor and put your foot on it. Your foot should'nt be wider then the sole. It should be the same width (at the ball of the foot ) and you need about 1/2inches between the end of your longuer to end the end of the sole.

Maybe you should start with that sara_rojo. Go in a place like runner's room, and get a nice pair of running shoes. Wide enough! If they are too narrow on the front foot, it will compress the frontfoot and toes and you won't feel better. Be sure about the fitting...lenght and width. New Balance makes wide shoes (if you…

You could try physiotherapy or massotherapy. Some ice treatment may help too.

That may be a "metatarsalgia" . That means that you probably have a nerve pinched beetween your metatarsal head bones in your feet, normally caused by a collapse of the frontfoot arch. If the nerve is pinched or irritated , your toes get numb. You should see a foot orthothist that may provide you with a metatarsal pad that…

Agree with nopogal !!

Maybe you could try a little heel lift inside the shoes, under the insole. So your feet will be just a bit higher in the shoes. Also, try to lace them differently like using the highest hole on the top. They have to be laced thight enough so your feet doesn't move. Are your shoes long enough? (you need the width of one…
